Answer: Generally, you will not be directly asked about your shortcomings. Ask another way: What do you think are your strengths and weaknesses compared to other people competing for this position?
Expectation: mainly want to know how well he understands the position, whether he can grasp the core, and evaluate the matching degree
Reason: Asking the shortcomings alone, the questions are too open, and it is easy to get out of the rhythm of the interview.
Suggestion: In this open-type question matter, introduce scenarios

Background: Worked as an executive and opened a company. Intellect and wisdom to describe, most appropriately, the most popular person in the community
Answer: I rarely ask this kind of question. Generally, this kind of question mainly depends on the strain. To be honest, if it has an impact on the work, it is caught in a current situation.
