It's time for orders to settle into a new normal, no matter how ready you are. In their honor, our school district immediately delivered the lesson, and I was able to accept my new role as a "teacher" in addition to my father, husband, and People Ops Manager. When my daughter's education was more or less calm, I was able to turn my attention to Victorious again: our company and our culture.
My role as Victorious's People Ops Manager is Jewelry Retouching Service about the people that make up our company. So far, I've relied on my daily office interactions with my colleagues to stay connected to the heartbeat of the office and make sure people feel happy, cared for, and supported at work.
Needless to say, the current climate has changed it all. Sounds crazy, but this strange and unprecedented time has given me a unique opportunity to thank me — I can see my work from a new angle. I learned a lot of lessons on the road that I found valuable to me long after this crisis had passed. I would like to take this opportunity to share it with you. I hope you and your colleagues will help them as much as I do!
